It's taken you months, possibly years, to get to where you are today with your health. This means your road to resilience will not be a day or week long. Becoming resilient takes time and requires you, as the client, to put in the work. Claire will support you throughout the whole process, but your success is ultimately up to you.

My commitment to gut health is deeply rooted in my personal journey. During my first year of college, I was so excited to be living on my own, meeting new friends, and experiencing living in the snow for the first time! I couldn't be happier! Until I began to deal with a number of gut issues: constipation, bloating after every meal, heartburn, gas. After going to a handful of doctors, their ultimate recommendation was to take a daily laxative. This didn't sit right with me. I thought, "At 19, why am I not able to do a very normal bodily function on my own?" So I embarked on a quest for an alternative pathway to healing my gut.
Diving headfirst into the quest for solutions, I poured countless hours into eagerly seeking a natural remedy to help mend my gut. What I came up with was: embracing a vegan lifestyle and wholeheartedly adopting a high-carb/low-fat diet. I believed that I had found the key! Unfortunately, after three years, I had to face a candid truth - despite my sincere efforts, my digestive issues were not only still present but worse and now accompanied by additional health challenges: acne and hormonal imbalances.
When I began reintroducing meat and eggs into my diet and eating a more balanced diet, something magical happened: I started feeling like myself again! It was as if a fog had lifted—my energy levels surged, my mental clarity sharpened, and the persistent bloating that had been a daily bother began to fade away, bit by bit. Even more wonderfully, my body seemed to find its own rhythm, with bowel movements becoming regular and predictable. Something that, at one point, I never thought I'd be able to have.
I discovered the transformative power of nourishing whole foods! This led me to become a Certified Nutritionist and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) so I could help others who are dealing with similar gut issues. Resilient Health and Wellness was born—a testament to my resolute mission to guide others toward holistic well-being.
Through my extensive education and clinical experience, I stand as a guiding force, assisting clients in their gut issues and making them a thing of the past. Beyond the realm of nutrition, I weave in high-quality supplements, personalized lifestyle changes, and a mindful reduction in toxic exposures. With a heart full of empathy, I strive to embody the practitioner I wished I had during that freshman year of college when my gut health issues began.
